Restaurant Shift Manager
Our mission is to Stand For Something Good in all that we do and we put our people first. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of hourly team members.
Job Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
Assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory).
Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
Qualifications At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $25.00
