Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the enablement lifecycle for Commerce Platform sellers, including content creation, delivery, and reporting
Lead onboarding and upskilling programs for Commerce Platform AEs and SDRs, customizing content for the product suite
Track training engagement and adoption metrics to identify gaps and improve the learner experienceRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, sales operations, or a related GTM function
Strong training execution skills, including content development and facilitation
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Chorus)
Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in training programs
Data-driven mindset for evaluating program effectiveness and informing improvements
