Their collaborative culture, investment in technology, and commitment to excellence make them a destination for top talent in the construction industry.What You’ll Be DoingLead full preconstruction efforts on large, technically complex projects (up to $200M+)Produce detailed cost estimates from schematic through final construction documentsWrite comprehensive subcontractor scopes and lead the buyout processEnsure alignment of project scope and cost with client budgets and technical requirementsCollaborate with operations, scheduling, and logistics teamsMentor junior preconstruction team members and foster team growthContribute to RFQ/RFP development, interview prep, and project pursuitsBuild lasting relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partnersEngage with industry and community organizations to represent the firmIdeal Candidate Profile You're a detail-driven, technically proficient preconstruction professional with deep experience managing sophisticated building projects' unique demands.
