Brand Ambassador

IDT’s Retail division is looking for Brand Ambassadors (“BA”). IDT is a leading communications and financial services company looking for enthusiastic and energetic Brand AmbassadorsResponsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a close relationship with retailers that sell the company’s retail productsResponsibilities include ensuring that each retailer/store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materialsThe Brand Ambassador ensures that the retailer has all new products, assists with filling applications, and manages any type of claims or requests that might come from the retailer’s owners or staff. Brand Ambassadors may open new direct IDT branded stores and sell to unattended retailers if requested by the CompanyMore specifically, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Visiting retailers/stores on a daily basisMaintain the POP material placement for all products and distribute new POP materialCollect key information by doing specific surveys for different productsIDT product sales (Hard Cards, Boss Revolution, POS, Merchant Services, Cash Advance, etc)Completion of Financial Service Applications (Money Transfer, Bill Payment, etc)Introduce new products to our retailersResearch information about competitor's offerings and new productsCreate reports with the findings of each daily route and analyze data in order to offer recommendationsEducate retailers regarding procedures, selling techniques, and general information about the products or special promotionsReport stores that have low inventory or low balancesParticipate in events and in-store promotionsPush and find leads for all our retail product linesUse our CRM to update and maintain the information and pictures of our retailersRequirements:Proven work experience in a relevant role, including as an account managerBilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferredMust be prepared to go door-to-door visiting customers. Basic computer skills – comfortable using tablet and Bluetooth equipmentAbility to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detailAuthorized to work for all US employersMust have a valid driver's license and a car (IDT offers a mileage and gas reimbursement program)We offer you:Hourly rate of $16.35/ hour + the ability to earn commissionsMileage and gas reimbursement programOn-the-job training and a dynamic work environment.
