Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real properties, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating property listings, and conducting property showings. The candidate will maintain market knowledge, negotiate deals, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the Real Estate Salesperson will ensure compliance with industry laws and Realmart’s standards. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseKnowledge and understanding of Real Estate and Real Property market trendsStrong Sales and negotiation skillsExcellent Customer Service and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in using technology and digital tools, including paperless transaction systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the NY, NJ, or CT real estate market is a plusSelf-motivation and the ability to work independently
