Janitor/Cleaner

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. 7AM-3:30pm monday-friday DRUG TEST REQUIRED U.S CITIZEN *Duties* * Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial and residential settings. * Conduct industrial cleaning duties such as floor care and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Carry out custodial responsibilities including restroom maintenance, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the building. * Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues or shortages promptly. * Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment as required. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. * Skills in floor care, buffing, and general maintenance are highly desirable. * Experience with residential painting can be beneficial for additional facility upkeep tasks. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
