This job plays an important role in enhancing our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.What You’ll AccomplishEducating residents and guests about lake rules and safety regulationsExtending the highest level of customer servicePromoting events around the lakeAssisting with equipment rental Patrolling the lake while tactfully enforcing rules and regulationsPerforming various maintenance duties and other tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForCustomer service experienceUpbeat personality that enjoys engaging with peopleAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressureFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduledMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.
