It has earned awards and maintains a strong standing within the top ten master planned communities.The Lake Host is responsible for interacting with residents and guests while enforcing the rules and safety regulations of lake life. This job plays an important role in enhancing our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.What You’ll AccomplishEducating residents and guests about lake rules and safety regulationsExtending the highest level of customer servicePromoting events around the lakeAssisting with equipment rental Patrolling the lake while tactfully enforcing rules and regulationsPerforming various maintenance duties and other tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForCustomer service experienceUpbeat personality that enjoys engaging with peopleAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressureFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduledMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 40 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
