Inside Sales Manager

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Southeast KY/TN region. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and convert new professional stylist accounts while driving competitor brand conversions Execute high-volume outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and re-engage dormant accounts Maintain territory penetration and support vacant territories to drive incremental revenue Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably in beauty or stylist-driven industries Demonstrated success in new account development and high-volume outreach Strong understanding of hair extension categories preferred Proficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is a plus
