Escrow Officer Compensation: $24 - $26/hr + Commission Per Application Elkhart, IN | Full-Time | On-Site This is not just another escrow seat. We are looking for a sharp, experienced Escrow Officer who wants to close deals, grow fast, and build a career path toward Regional Escrow Manager. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and take pride in running a clean, compliant closing, we want to talk. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Running 4-5 closings per day in a fast‑paced, high-output environment Owning the full closing process from docs to disbursement Being the go-to contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys Solving title issues quickly and keeping every deal on track Keeping records tight and staying fully compliant WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years as an Escrow Officer, Closer, Table Closer, Escrow Agent, Title Agent, or Grant Processor Deep knowledge of real estate laws and closing procedures ResWare and Microsoft Office experience preferred State title license and notary commission (or eligibility to obtain) 600+ credit score required High School Diploma or GED required THE OPPORTUNITY This role is built for someone with ambition.
