We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to keep campus grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained while operating landscaping equipment and supporting daily upkeep activities.Job Title - GroundskeeperLocation - Atlanta, GAKey ResponsibilitiesRoutinely inspect and maintain college grounds, ensuring they are free of litter, debris, and hazardsRemove trash from campus receptacles and designated waste areasOperate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers (walk-behind, push, zero-turn), trimmers, blowers, chain saws, and pruning toolsPerform landscaping tasks including weeding, pruning, raking leaves, and maintaining shrubs, trees, and turfMaintain campus streets and parking areas, ensuring cleanliness and safetyIdentify and address potential safety risks across the groundsPerform routine maintenance on tools and equipmentProvide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitorsSupport sustainability initiatives aligned with campus environmental goalsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 6 months of related experienceWillingness to learn and operate landscaping tools and equipmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working outdoors in varying conditionsAvailability to work weekends and overtime as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug testShould you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in word format along with the following details ASAP.Best Regards, Harvey Parker 862-210-7717 Harvey.Parker@patternshiring.com
