Principal Administrative Associate III The Principal Administrative Associate III is responsible for providing high-level administrative support within a real estate operations environment. This role supports managers and team members by coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and a proactive approach to administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, and capable of working independently while supporting team objectives. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to real estate team members and managers Coordinate scheduling, meetings, calls, and related logistics Prepare meeting minutes, notes, and supporting documentation as needed Compile, prepare, and edit reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools Organize, file, archive, and maintain accurate records and documentation Manage and track assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables Respond to general inquiries using established procedures and guidelines via email and phone channels Monitor, organize, and prioritize administrative workflows in a high-volume environment Support data entry, document management, and information tracking activities Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma with 8 years of administrative experience; OR Associate degree with 4 years of administrative experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years of administrative experience Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven administrative environment required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work proactively, flexibly, and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members Education High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution as outlined in the requirements section Work Experience Administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment required, ranging from 3 to 8 years depending on education level
