Technical Program Manager – GCIB RiskLocation: Charlotte, NCWork Arrangement: Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite per weekEmployment Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 months***This role is only open to USC or GC candidates***Matlen Silver is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support technology risk initiatives within Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB). This role will work closely with technology teams, development teams, and business stakeholders to manage project delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage technology risk projects throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependenciesPartner with development teams and business stakeholders to drive project objectives and deliverablesAct as a liaison between technical teams and business/customer stakeholdersIdentify, track, and mitigate technology risks and vulnerabilitiesMonitor project status and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadershipUtilize Jira to manage project activities, issues, and deliverablesCollaborate with technical teams supporting Java, Oracle, and MongoDB environmentsManage multiple priorities and deliverables within a fast-paced financial services environmentRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Project or Program Management experienceExperience supporting technology risk initiativesExperience with vulnerability managementStrong working knowledge of JiraStrong technical understanding and experience working with development teamsAbility to effectively communicate complex technical information to business stakeholdersWorking knowledge of Java, Oracle, and/or MongoDBExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsFinancial services experience
