At this position there is also a requirement to engage in discussions and trials to create new and/or improved processes in an ever changing warehouse environment. Be able to use tools available to develop and measure success rate of new processes. Essential FunctionsReceipt and processing of all inbound materialMaintain all inventory within warehousing safely and accuratelyEnsure that all internal customers maintain stock levels to ensure work flow is not disruptedPerform inventory counts at a designated accuracy rating based on current measurement techniquesOperate all warehouse equipment necessary to perform all required tasksPerform daily Pre-Operational checks on all equipment utilized by warehousing personnelAssist in providing necessary security within the warehouse (HIPPA regulations and unauthorized access)Possess a valid driver's license and be insurableMaintain warehouse in a neat, clean, orderly, and hazard free mannerElectronic and manual filing of daily activity recordsIdentify damaged or "out of specification" material and process through established protocolsTroubleshoot problems with all warehouse functions and manifest process and bring them to the appropriate parties concernedMain trainer for operators on all operator assigned tasksEnsure that all transactional based functions are done correctlyWork with production to ensure that supermarkets are set up correctlyEnsure that all supermarket setup files are maintainedIntermediate Excel CompetenceCan set up basic validation controlsBasic nesting of formulaeHas a larger repertoire of formulae than a basic userCan use the online help to expand their knowledge - this is a crucial pointUnderstands basic WHAT- IF functionsUse of Visio or comparable programAble to lift up to 50 lbs., mobility to crouch, reach, bend, and do repetitive actions with hands and armsMaintain confidentiality and strict compliance with the company's security policy related to potential access to sensitive informationSupporting a diverse and inclusive workforce is important to Shutterfly not only because it directly reflects our value of Embracing our Differences, but also because it's the right thing to do for our business and for our people.
