Occupational Therapist School Setting in Grayslake, IL

A contract opportunity is available for Occupational Therapists to provide services at a school setting in Grayslake, IL. This position supports students from early childhood through 12th grade and will be held in person only.Assignment Details:Location: Grayslake, ILDuration: June 15, 2026 - July 26, 2026 (ESY Only)Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM (first and last day until 3:15 PM)Multiple positions availableEarly Childhood to 12th-grade student supportServices must be provided personally by a licensed OT; COTA candidates are not eligibleKey Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy services to students with various needs within the school environmentCollaborate with educators and staff to implement individualized treatment plansMonitor and document student progress throughout the assignmentParticipate in any required meetings or evaluations as needed during the contract periodQualifications:Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license (OT only, no COTA)Experience working in school-based settings preferredAbility to work effectively with children from early childhood through high schoolStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators and familiesTo apply, provide a screenshot of your Illinois Occupational Therapy license verifying your license type and name.
