Packaging Project Coordinator, a remote contract position focused on coordinating packaging design projects, ensuring efficient management from concept to delivery while maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Design Project Manager with project plans and administrative tasks
Monitor schedule changes and adjust workflows in the design management tool
Create and maintain weekly status reports and ensure deliverables meet standardsRequired Qualifications3+ years of print and/or packaging project coordination experience
Strong knowledge of print and packaging work
Understanding of packaging design, print trials, and dielines
Technical proficiency in project management systems, preferably Wrike
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
