Prepares invoices and tracks accounts receivables, communicates with vendors as necessary.2. Prepares invoices for the Research Foundation and the Upstate Foundation.3. Schedules and prepares interviews for new medical faculty, to include travel arrangements and coordinating with other departments.4. Completes medical staff applications and on boarding for medical providers.5. Responsible for coordinating multiple schedules in Outlook.6. Coordinates with the clinic staff, as necessary.7. Handles variety of administrative and clinic matters involving contact with various staff, patients, medical staff, government agencies, insurance carriers and the public.8. Answers main group telephones (administrative office) and addresses calls as appropriate.9. Maintains files and assists in establishing office systems.10. Arranges appointments, meetings, and conferences.11. Assists the physicians with hospital privileges.12. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field and 2 years related experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent oral and written communication skills, competency in appropriate computer software applications, and good organizational skills.Work Days:Monday -Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pmThis is a temporary position created to cover responsibilities during an employee's leave.
