You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage modern development tools and AI technologies, and make a tangible impact on how GA employees work every day.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications across the full stackCollaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutionsBuild backend services and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails or C#/.NET)Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworksDesign and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)Develop automation solutions to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effortParticipate in CI/CD pipelines and application deploymentsWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production environmentsMaintain clear and concise technical documentationWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.Job QualificationsTypically requires a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.Experience building or contributing to full stack web applicationsExperience with a modern Version Control System (VCS) platform (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Azure)Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Ansible, Artifactory)Familiarity of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tooling (e.g., prompt engineering, API integration, AI-assisted workflows, Claude Code)Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance is required.
