Financial Analysis Manager
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:
This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Financial Analysis Manager supports the Commercial Operations organization by preparing financial analyses, developing models, and providing recommendations that inform strategic decisions. This role focuses on executing margin improvement initiatives, analyzing product performance, and supporting new market expansion projects. The incumbent collaborates across teams to gather data, prepare insights, and deliver recommendations that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, product strategy, and operational support
Must have prior experience in the Telecommunications industry or a related industry
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar concentration; MBA preferred
Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and CRM systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams

Salary Range: $100,065 - $125,055
