Evening Janitor

Evening Janitor - Part Time Essential Functions Clean restrooms, hard surfaces, empty trash and replace liners Clean floors and carpets Properly use chemicals to maintain the cleanliness of customer sites Maintain positive customer relations and display professionalism Use timekeeping system, keys, and security codes. Report any needed supplies and equipment repairs to the supervisor, along with any potential hazards Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning as specified by work orders Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Availability to work assigned hours with precision and attention to detail ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision Previous cleaning experience preferred. Employees should possess a valid driver’s license, to ensure travel to respective job sites. (Certain positions require a valid license to operate company vehicle) Work Environment Requires uninhibited manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 60 pounds (occasionally). May be required to work atop ladders and operate mechanical equipment. Work is performed in a variety of conditions, may be exposed to extreme temperatures (0-90 degrees)
