JOB PURPOSE: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full cycle sourcing and onboarding process for System Logistics Corporation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining the Company’s applicant tracking system (ATS), as well as handling the sourcing initiatives for our talent pipelines. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring criteria. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant flow through the ATS. Screen resumes and conduct initial contact to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring outcomes. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting events. Assists in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date library of job descriptions. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Assist with periodic audits of all employee files, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local and federal laws. Maintains inventory of Company onboarding attire and materials. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (including internships and coordinator roles). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
