Job Title: Construction: Supervisor and Laborers Job Summary: Ashley Corp is growing and in need of Construction workers of "ALL SKILL" levels. We are seeking dedicated Construction workers who are just starting out or can read plans and run a jobsite. We are looking for self motivated people who want to move up in our company, to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. As a Construction Worker, you will work under the supervision of skilled tradespeople, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities: - Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand tools. - Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment. - Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time. - Operate machinery and equipment under supervision after proper training. - Support the team in all aspects of construction projects, including demolition, framing, and finishing work. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: - Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks. - Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools. - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: - Certification in construction safety. - Experience operating heavy machinery. - Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
