You'll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.Your responsibilities may include:Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routinesSupporting medical needs and appointmentsFollowing individualized support and behavior plansEncouraging community involvement and social engagementCompleting routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive teamNo two days are the sameand every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What We're Looking For:We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDValid Connecticut Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First AidExperience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpfulbut not required.
