Apply today and let’s find out together!Responsibilities:Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruitingWork closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidatesGain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new businessGain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into a Technical Recruiter roleWhat does a Technical Recruiter do for Optomi?Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employmentConduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical experience to see if they are a match for the job openingFormat resume/submittal package to highlight candidate’s top skills for client reviewPrepare the candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by the clientWork closely with Account Executives to negotiate pay rates for both consultant and clientGather and prepare all onboarding paperwork for the candidate after the offer/acceptance stageContinue to stay connected with the consultant through happy hours, in-person meetings, coffees, etc., to ensure they are happy and successful in their new role.Meet minimum weekly metric,s including phone interviews/submittals to open jobsBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceDesired Skills and Experience:0 years of professional experience – Training provided!Drive and determination to succeedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultantsPerks/Benefits:A competitive base salary + uncapped commission structureMacBook Pro or MacBook Air computers!Core values to include community/charity involvementMonthly phone allowance“Promote-from-within” philosophyAnnual performance trip to a tropical destination for you and a plus one, with all expenses paid!Industry-leading, innovative technology used for candidate submissions
