If you're inspired to make a difference through future-building projects, join our best-in-class team.What is the Opportunity?We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical field operations on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role serves as the primary link between supervision and craft labor, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and schedule compliance across multiple crews.What You'll Do Here:Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical foremen and crewsPlan, schedule, and execute daily and weekly work activitiesEnsure work is performed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standardsCoordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and material needsInterface with superintendents, project management, and other tradesEnforce site safety policies and conduct daily toolbox talksMonitor productivity and address performance or manpower issuesReview drawings, layouts, and work plans to identify conflicts or constructability issuesSupport inspections, testing, and turnover activitiesMaintain daily reports, progress tracking, and manpower logsWhat You Bring to the Team:7-10+ years of electrical construction experiencePrior experience as a General Foreman or Lead Foreman on large commercial or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems including:Conduit and cable tray systemsPower distribution and equipment installationGrounding and bondingAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)Must be able to provide a valid Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) number upon acceptanceAecon fosters belonging within and across our organization.
