With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence.Role OverviewAs a Hospital DME Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of coordination for patients being discharged with durable medical equipment (DME) and home oxygen.
