About the RoleWe're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our New York office. As the face of our workplace sitting at the front desk, you will create a welcoming and professional experience for employees, candidates, business partners, and visitors while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a daily basis.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Whether you're early in your career or have previous experience in office administration or hospitality, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong ownership, and a willingness to learn.ResponsibilitiesFront desk Ownership & Visitor Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and business partners. Deliver a professional, welcoming, and memorable experience while maintaining a polished reception area.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for scheduling, document preparation, expense tracking, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.Office Operations: Support the daily operations of the New York office, including mail and package handling, office supplies, meeting room coordination, and general administrative support to ensure a smooth workplace experience.Workplace Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, building management, and internal teams to support office maintenance, workplace services, and day-to-day operational needs.Office Culture & Employee Experience: Assist with internal events, employee engagement activities, celebrations, and office initiatives that contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.QualificationsBachelor's degree is strong preferred.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (native or native-level proficiency preferred).Passionate about creating outstanding visitor and employee experiences. Professional, polished, and welcoming presence with outstanding interpersonal skills.Highly proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, take initiative, and independently drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Comfortable learning new workplace tools and systems.Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or workplace operations is preferred, but not required.
