Hardware/Electrical Engineer

About the Role We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology firm, for multiple Electrical Engineers to join their team onsite in Andover, MA. We are looking for hands-on professionals with strong backgrounds in hardware systems and equipment integration. If you enjoy working in a lab environment testing, troubleshooting, and validating physical hardware, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test electrical hardware components and systems. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures at the component and board level. Perform system integration, testing, and validation of new hardware. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware reliability and performance. Document test procedures, results, and equipment modifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience working with hardware and/or equipment (must have hands-on lab experience). Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.). Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits and power systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Work Location: In person
