Responsibilities
- Manage salon staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and product displays
- Handle payroll, budgeting, and financial aspects of the salon
- Conduct interviews for new hires and manage performance evaluations
- Negotiate with vendors for product pricing and promotions
Skills
- Strong background in store management, preferably in a beauty or retail setting
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team effectively
- Proficient in payroll management and financial responsibilities
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor interactions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management
