About the Opportunity:The Resource Coordinator will support the Accounting & Assurance (A&A) department by managing day-to-day scheduling and resource allocation. Reporting to the Resource & Operations Manager, this role serves as the primary scheduling contact for A&A staff, ensuring accurate schedules and effective resource placement. The position is highly people-oriented and requires organizational skills and the ability to maintain smooth operations.3. Responsibilities:• Serve as the main scheduling contact for A&A staff, resolving inquiries and escalating as necessary.• Coordinate and manage scheduling and resource allocation, actively monitoring capacity and closing requests efficiently.• Conduct regular check-ins with staff and coaches to ensure schedule alignment and capacity commitments.• Monitor variances in billable hours and capacity, sharing insights on skill gaps and staffing needs with management.• Review staff capacity commitments against billable targets and escalate findings.• Maintain scheduling systems and compile capacity reports to support staffing and hiring decisions.• Facilitate post-engagement evaluations and the continuous feedback process within the A&A department.• Prepare and distribute scheduling and capacity updates for internal operations meetings.• Participate in process improvements and support broader initiatives as directed.4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.• Experience in professional services or public accounting preferred; scheduling or resource coordination experience is a plus.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to learn new software quickly.• Experience with Beeye or similar scheduling/resource management software is advantageous.• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure during busy periods.• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate at all organizational levels.• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.• Proactive problem-solving skills and independent work capability.• Alignment with core values including honesty, continual learning, innovation, mentorship, leadership, teamwork, client commitment, and community orientation.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The estimated salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000, with individual salaries determined by factors such as experience and qualifications.• The pay range and compensation package include performance awards (bonuses) and a comprehensive benefits package.6.
