Lead Maintenance - Sheridan, Oregon
Lead Maintenance directs and coordinates activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment; and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of industrial plant or other establishment by performing the following duties personally or through peers:
Principal Responsibilities:
Manages maintenance work requests, determines priority and assigns appropriate resource.
Ensures team members comply with all safety, environmental and manufacturing practices.
Communicates to production and quality assurance equipment break downs and estimated time need to complete repairs.
Confers with venders, management and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measure to improve operation and conditions of machine and equipment.
Documents and reports maintenance work performed and advises of future requirements in a timely manner.
Inspects, services, repairs and constructs plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
Performs the preventative maintenance program established by the Company.
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
Lubricates and cleans parts, equipment and machinery.
Tests and adjusts equipment to meet performance specifications.
Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
Participates and contributes to company safety program.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Shift and Pay Rate:
Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm
$38.54/hr
