Start times for this position would be 2:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.What You'll DoThe Warehouse Worker will increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickupBuild pallets with orders and position them to loading docksReport any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to appropriate personnelMaintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as requiredMaintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnelAssist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficientlyAdhere to health & safety policies and quality standardsWilling to work some overtime when neededOther duties as assignedRequired for SuccessOne year previous warehouse experience6 months of forklift experienceAbility to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management SystemAbility to count accurately on a repetitive basisPhysically able to lift, carry, move etc. products up to 75 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionallyAbility to communicate successfully with supervisors, coworkers and customers as requiredSelf motivated and willing to work with othersBe detail-orientedWhy You'll Love Us:This is a part-time position which will have a Monday-Thursday schedule, working roughly 4-5 hours a shift.For a look at a day in the life of a picker at APR, watch this video: APR Supply Co. - A Day In the Life with a DC Picker (youtube.com)Want more info?
