Our Registered Line Technicians Impact Students’ Lives ByMaintaining the safety and development of the students with disabilities in their careEstablishing high expectations for each student and supporting their academic, social, and emotional developmentWorking closely with the classroom teacher to deliver instruction individually, in small groups, and to support whole-class instruction for more than 50% of the workdayParticipating in frequent meetings with parents, teachers, and school leadershipCollaborating with therapists, evaluators, and teachers to support student developmentDeveloping educational materials, learning communication techniques, and using student devicesAfter training, implement CPI de-escalation techniques and positive behavioral interventions to support student safety and behavioral needsAccurately collect and track behavioral and academic progress data as instructedParticipating in the life of the school, including student activities and eventsCompleting daily session notesImplementing behavior and treatment plans with fidelityTaking on other tasks, as neededWhat We OfferClick here for more information about our innovative compensation system. At Constellations, we prepare students to achieve their highest independent level of functioning. The Constellations Program will support students in meeting their functional skill needs as well as the academic skills aligned to the LEAP Connect. While this program is geared primarily towards students with Autism, it is open to other students with limited to no verbal skills, intellectual impairments, and similar exceptionalities.
