Job Title: Behavior Consultant (BCBA / BCaBA) – School Consultation Team Location: Based out of Cherry Hill, with placements in school districts across South Jersey Schedule: Full-Time (Includes 2 evening cases/week) Pay: $45/hour (BCBA) | $40/hour (BCaBA) Where Real-World ABA Meets the Classroom If you’re a confident, experienced BCBA or BCaBA who loves collaborating, problem-solving on the fly, and making school actually work for students with behavioral needs — we want you on our School Consultation Team. At Interactive Kids, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the field, leading behavior strategies in real-time, building relationships with educators, and helping students unlock their potential — one moment, meltdown, or breakthrough at a time. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct FBAs and write data-driven BIPs that actually work in classrooms Collaborate with teachers, CSTs, paras, and families across diverse school settings Train and coach school staff through modeling, observation, and consult meetings Supervise and support RBTs and ABA Therapists on your caseload Write clear, actionable consult notes and maintain documentation Attend IEP meetings and serve as a behavior expert for your assigned districts Work 2 evening cases per week (home, community, or clinic-based) Let’s Talk Travel While our home base is in Cherry Hill, this role takes place in school districts throughout South Jersey — sometimes within a 35–40 minute radius. We offer travel stipends for certain districts and aim to make placements sustainable. If you’re someone who likes variety, independence, and doesn't mind a podcast-fueled commute, this is your lane.
