This individual will proactively guide leaders through complex organizational changes and implement long-term HR strategies.Core Accountabilities / Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PartnershipAdvise leaders on complex HR matters with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and sustainable outcomesCollaborate with HR COEs and Business Partners to implement HR and business strategiesSupport operational teams with high-volume HR policy and procedure implementation, including represented employee mattersTalent & Performance ManagementGuide talent, performance, and compensation processes to build organizational capabilitiesProvide case management and investigatory support; manage DRP and CAC escalations and participate in decision-makingFinalize related documentation in coordination with stakeholdersEmployee Relations & ComplianceManage complex employee relations cases (complaints, conduct issues, conflicts) ensuring legal and policy compliance to drive a positive cultureCoordinate M&A appeals, escalations, IRMs, and Third Step Hearings, providing support to Hearing OfficersCoach and mentor leaders at all levelsOrganizational DevelopmentLead organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change management initiativesAnalyze HR data to inform strategic decisions and drive organizational changeFoster positive employee and union relationsThe base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
