Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Development and review of technical publications and manuals for client Defense productsBill-of-material and technical data review for submission to government organizations and systemsProvide daily support to Manager of Information & Technology Services Why this Role?Exciting opportunity to support client Defense products and military customers around the world.Typical task breakdown:Oversee creation, development, and maintenance of military program technical manualsPrint redactionMedia translation requestsProduct manual compilationMedia storage, documentation, and transmissionProvide part information to military customersInteraction with team: Daily interaction with Manager of Information & Technology Services, Engineering, Sales teams, Product Groups, Customers, Service Information team, etc.Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 2-4 yearsDegree requirement: Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field required.Open to Bachelors 0-2 yearsMaster’s over qualifiedTop 3 SkillsStrong ability to work independently and manage one's time.Strong ability to collaborate and work with othersListening skills & taking initiative Additional Technical Skills (Required)Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Strong knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.Strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
