Role Description This full-time, on-site Dispatcher role is based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Dispatcher will coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of ready-mixed concrete to customers. Responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing orders, optimizing delivery schedules, ensuring clear communication with drivers, and resolving delivery issues as they arise. The Dispatcher will also work closely with customers and operations teams to provide excellent service and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple deliveries and coordinate schedules effectively.Proven communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.Proficiency in dispatch software systems and basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or related fields is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Familiarity with local geography and regulations concerning transportation and delivery is a plus.Strong team collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
