Maintenance Technician

DMS Facility Services is seeking a full-time Maintenance technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Schedule: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm Starting Pay Rate: $20/hr. Facilities Maintenance technician Requirements: -Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair -Must have Experience operating Forklifts, boom, and scissors lift. -Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently -Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally, and efficiently -Possess excellent people skills and works well in a team environment -The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects and/or tasks -Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment -Reliable and dependable. -Strong reasoning and interpersonal skills -Must clear a background check and drug screening If you have a passion for maintaining facilities, possess excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Maintenance Technician.
