This role is ideal for a strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, visual communications, and the design and construction industry. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and supports firmwide initiatives to increase brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and help win new work across our national footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research using tools such as Bid Prime and Google Alerts to identify and track opportunitiesMaintain and update data in Deltek and other internal systemsDevelop, edit, and coordinate written and visual content including presentations, qualifications, award submissions, and calls for papersAssist with PowerPoint pitch decks and InDesign qualification packagesManage and contribute to social media content, calendars, and quality controlTrack conferences, awards, and speaking opportunitiesSupport business development strategy, meeting coordination, and reportingAssist with event planning, networking efforts, and industry engagementProvide administrative support including travel coordination, expense reporting, and registrationsSkills and AttributesStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesDetail oriented, collaborative, and adaptableComfortable working independently and as part of a teamCurious, thoughtful problem solver with an interest in learningWillingness to travel occasionally for BD initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications, preferably within the AEC industryProficiency in InDesign required; PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Deltek experience a plusFamiliarity with social media platforms, SEO, and data analytics preferredExperience working with senior leadershipBR+A is a place to learn, to grow, and to work hard for our clients - all while being a part of something bigger.
