Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Polished Casual Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions.
Oversee food service management, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control.
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing training and development to foster a high-performing team.
Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and control costs.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and customer retention.
Ensure adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all operational areas.
Collaborate with culinary staff on menu planning, food presentation, and catering services when applicable.
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled team aligned with company values.
Skills
Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety regulations.
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervision, and team management.
Ability to oversee inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Familiarity with culinary techniques, food industry standards, and catering operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication skills for interviewing staff and collaborating across departments.
