Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a friendly, trustworthy, and enthusiastic individual who thrives on creating genuine connections and excels in a fast-paced environment. If this is you - we’ll train you in our proven Perfect Pint Sales program to ensure you shine! What You’ll Do: Welcome customers with a warm smile and take orders accurately using our POS system for our prepackaged 8oz and 16oz ice cream servings. Process transactions smoothly, handling cash and credit card payments with ease. Become a menu expert, sharing knowledge of our delectable prepackaged offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Manage your time like a pro to keep things running seamlessly during busy shifts. What You Bring: Familiarity with POS systems (Clover POS experience is a bonus but not required). Strong math skills for precise cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent time management to juggle tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive, can-do attitude and stellar communication skills to collaborate with our team.
