OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple MRI Technologists to support the VA Portland Health Care System across its two sites: the Portland Medical Center at 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239, and the Vancouver Campus located at 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98661. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex MRI protocols across neuro, MSK, spine, chest, abdomen, and vascular imagingOperate superconductive MRI units and related imaging accessoriesFollow strict MRI and radiation safety procedures and report safety issuesVerify patient identity, screen for contraindications (e.g., pregnancy), explain proceduresSet technical factors and conduct MRI scans; edit and ensure image qualityDocument exams in DHCP system; maintain records of images and settingsPrepare MRI suite, maintain sterile supplies, contrast, catheters, etcProvide routine and complex diagnostic exams; troubleshoot equipment issuesProvide portable imaging when required; maintain exam room cleanlinessParticipate in on‑call rotation and follow DIS after‑hours proceduresQualificationsCompletion of accredited radiologic technology programARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology and MRI specialty certificationCurrent BLS certificationMinimum 2 years diagnostic radiology experienceMust have worked as an MRI Tech in a hospital setting within the past 6 monthsMinimum availability of 6 months after start dateMust carry professional liability insuranceNo sponsorship availableAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
