This full-time position supports daily safety operations by monitoring property activity, assisting staff and visitors, and maintaining a professional on-site presence throughout the shift.This opportunity is best suited for individuals who remain attentive in active environments, communicate respectfully with others, and can follow procedures while handling situations calmly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled patrols throughout facility grounds and assigned areasObserve daily activity and report safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or policy violationsMaintain a professional and visible presence during all assigned hoursSupport staff, visitors, and patients with general assistance when appropriateRespond to incidents according to site procedures and company guidelinesAssist with conflict de-escalation using professional communication techniquesMonitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help maintain site securityPrepare accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation before the end of each shiftCommunicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and facility contactsFollow all client instructions, post orders, and workplace safety standards Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to pass background screening and drug testing requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain composed in high-stress or sensitive situationsConsistent attendance and professional conductComfortable working extended daytime shifts Preferred ExperiencePrior work in healthcare security, behavioral health, or related environmentsKnowledge of de-escalation or crisis response techniquesExperience completing reports or documenting incidentsBackground in customer service, safety, or public-facing positions Work EnvironmentHealthcare-focused setting with regular interaction with staff and visitorsCombination of walking patrols, observation duties, and indoor monitoringFast-moving environment requiring awareness and sound judgmentPosition may involve standing or walking for extended periodsEqual Opportunity Employer
