Customer Service / Quality Control

Job Description: The Quality Control / Customer Service employee will provide initial contact between the company and customers, visitors, or vendors. They will answer phone calls and respond to emails, perform quality control tasks such as data entry and review, and help coordinate customer requests and inquires with the appropriate department. Responsibilities: -Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person -Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner or escalate to the appropriate department -Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to provide bilingual support when necessary - Certify inspection results, review orders, and enter quality control data as needed - Collaborate with other quality personnel to address quality issues or customer concerns. Qualifications: -High School Diploma -Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish -Previous experience with customer service preferred -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail -Ability to type 40+WPM and utilize 10-key pad by memory -Must be US Citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) About: Connell Processing, Inc is an Aerospace metal finishing company located in Burbank, CA, that has been serving the industry for several decades, providing processing services for components and assemblies utilized by Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, and Northrup-Grumman.
