As the digital servicing and sales landscape continues to evolve, we are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to drive high-impact transformation initiatives.Role Overview – Common Goals, Uncommon PotentialThe Program Manager is a key leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end program delivery across Business and Technology, with a strong focus on:Demand intake and prioritizationFinancial planning and budgetingRisk, legal, and compliance alignmentCross-functional dependency managementGo-to-market (GTM) executionThis role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and governance functions, ensuring that initiatives are well-scoped, funded, compliant, and successfully launched to market.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Technology Intake / Financial PlanningPartner with Business and Technology stakeholders to manage work intake, prioritization, and program pipelineDrive alignment on budgeting, financial forecasting, and funding approvalsTranslate business objectives into structured execution plans and delivery roadmapsRisk, Legal & Compliance CoordinationCollaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standardsManage approvals, controls, and governance checkpoints across the program lifecycleProactively identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risksCross-Functional Dependency & Stakeholder ManagementManage dependencies across product, engineering, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teamsAct as the central point of coordination across business and technology stakeholdersDrive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making forumsGo-to-Market (GTM) ExecutionLead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for digital initiativesAlign across product, operations, client support, and business teams for launch readinessEnsure execution of release plans, rollout strategies, and client communication plansProgram Governance & DeliveryDefine and manage program scope, timelines, budget, and deliverablesEstablish robust governance frameworks, including status tracking, risk management, and escalationEnsure adherence to enterprise PMO standards and best practicesLeadership & Continuous ImprovementMentor junior program managers and drive delivery excellenceContinuously improve program management practices and governance modelsStay current with digital banking trends and emerging technologiesWhat You BringExperience10+ years of program/project management experience5+ years of experience in digital banking or financial services transformationDomain & Delivery ExpertiseStrong understanding of digital banking platforms (web/mobile, commercial or consumer)Experience managing intake, budgeting, and program-level financialsProven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream programsGovernance & Regulatory ExperienceHands-on experience working with risk, legal, and compliance teams in regulated environmentsStrong understanding of governance frameworks and audit requirementsStakeholder & GTM CapabilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across business and technologyExperience leading or supporting go-to-market execution for digital products/platformsTechnical & Execution SkillsExperience with Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsStrong understanding of systems integration and enterprise architectureExpertise in tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Office SuiteLeadership & CommunicationStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to operate independently and drive outcomes in fast-paced environmentsWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to enabling scalable digital transformation in Commercial Banking, ensuring that initiatives are:Strategically prioritizedFinancially governedRegulatory-compliantSuccessfully delivered and launched to market
