The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in manufacturing operations, ensuring the consistent execution of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves overseeing engineering and capital functions, guiding the development of a multi-year capital investment roadmap, and leading major capital projects. The VP will play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation, modernizing operational practices, and standardizing processes to support sustainable growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive manufacturing and engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-site environment. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing and experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or similar operational excellence frameworks. Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to develop and coach plant managers and senior operational leaders, are essential.
