Security Engineering Lead

A company is looking for a Security Engineering Lead to manage a team responsible for securing the organization's systems and information assets. Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and lead a team of IT Security engineers to maintain a secure environment Oversee tools, processes, and procedures in various security domains including network and cloud security Provide leadership and hands-on work for a range of security technologies and manage security incidents Required Qualifications BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 7-10+ years in Information Security with 3-5+ years in a managerial or technical leadership role Experience in multiple security domains such as network, endpoint, and cloud security Proven ability to manage projects and mentor engineers at varying skill levels Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, and others relevant to information security
