Job DescriptionA growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to support its service team in Charlotte. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing service accounts, and developing maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow commercial HVAC service accountsDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance agreementsWork with technicians and clients to identify repair and service needsPrepare service proposals and cost estimatesTrack contract renewals and maintain strong client relationshipsFollow up with clients regarding service recommendations and opportunitiesQualificationsExperience in the mechanical or HVAC industryKnowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systemsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHVAC trade school or technical background is a plusCompensation & Benefits$75,000 - $120,000 salary (DOE)Annual bonus potentialESOP programHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionsPaid time offGym reimbursementLocation: Charlotte, NCTo be considered for this Service Account Manager position please confidentially apply directly at chavonne.ellis@gogpac.com or call 651-846-7078
