Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to inspire, lead and mentor our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to excellence and a desire to learn and grow. Compensation $25-32/hr. Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual. A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card) is a bonus.
