Remote Contract Opportunity – Salesforce Developer (nCino) Location: Buffalo, NY (Client Location) | Remote (United States) Duration: 6+ Month Contract Pay Rate: $58–$73+/hour (W2) Overview Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on nCino experience to design, build, and support Salesforce-based solutions supporting loan origination and banking workflows. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions in a regulated financial environment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model. You will contribute to complex Salesforce and nCino initiatives, support production systems, and provide technical input across the full application lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Perform system analysis, solution design, and Salesforce development for both new features and enhancements Serve as a hands-on individual contributor on complex Salesforce and nCino initiatives Maintain strong functional knowledge of supported Salesforce and banking applications Provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed Contribute to technical components of project planning, timelines, and delivery milestones Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams across design, testing, and deployment phases Develop and execute detailed test plans; perform debugging and defect resolution Analyze system integrations, dependencies, and downstream impacts across platforms Produce and maintain clear technical and functional documentation Provide effort estimates, scope assessments, and delivery timelines for assigned work Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of supported applications Identify and escalate risks in alignment with regulatory, compliance, and control requirements What You’ll Need to Have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Hands-on experience with nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) and familiarity with banking workflows Experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with application development platforms and supporting infrastructure Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to recommend, design, and implement systems solutions Proven track record of meeting project milestones and delivery timelines in regulated environments Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $58.00 - $73.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of Salesforce Development in a banking environment?
