Our tailored solutions simplify content workflows and amplify storytelling.Role DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This role would oversee the end-to-end workflow of multimedia projects to ensure all deliverables remain on schedule and meet rigorous brand standards. This role requires a disciplined, process-driven mindset and the professional poise necessary to manage client-facing duties and diverse administrative marketing tasks with precision and reliability while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors to ensure projects meet deadlines and goals.Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Operational OversightLead the end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables for podcasts, video series, and campaigns are met on time.Optimize internal workflows and project tracking systems to maintain a disciplined and efficient content pipeline.Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all session outlines, scripts, and promotional materials are finalized and approved.2. Social Media Strategy & Asset CreationDevelop and execute a sophisticated LinkedIn strategy that aligns with a "beyond the headlines" professional brand voice.Create and curate high-quality social media assets, including graphics, teaser clips, and long-form professional posts.Oversee the distribution of multimedia content, ensuring technical accuracy and consistent branding across all professional channels.Analyze performance insights to refine distribution tactics and increase engagement with target audiences.3. Account Management & Client RelationsParticipate in client calls and meetings, acting as a professional representative of the brand.Assist in managing client expectations, providing project status updates, and facilitating the intake of new content requirements.Support the preparation of professional presentations and session materials for high-stakes speaking engagements and conferences.4. Administrative & Adaptive SupportProvide logistical support for professional events and media launches.Execute ad-hoc marketing and project management tasks as needed to support the growth and agility of the brand.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, ideally within professional services or a media-focused environment.Communication: Exceptional professional writing and verbal communication skills; ability to navigate client-facing interactions with poise.Technical Proficiency: Has a strong knowledge base of social media platforms and project management tools. Proficiency in asset creation tools.Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" of a marketing campaign while maintaining a rigorous focus on the details of execution.
